Mamma D’s Smokehouse Restaurant is located at 430 Maple Street in Weldon,Illinois at the junction of Dewitt County Highways 10 & 48. The Village of Weldon has a population of approximately 400 people and is located just 10 minutes from Mascoutin State Park at Clinton Lake. Weldon is located in the heart of central Illinois surrounded by acres of corn and soybeans.

Mamma D’s Smokehouse Restaurant is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00-9:00pm.

Mamma D’s Smokehouse Restaurant offers a unique combination of custom smoked meats including smoked pulled pork, smoked beef brisket, baby back ribs, spare ribs, smoked chicken, pork loin and turkey breast.

For those of you looking for something other than smoked meat we also have Mamma D’s Famous Onion Fried Hamburger, deep fried hot dog and coney dog both served with Mamma D’s special coney slaw.

All of our french fries and sweet potato fries are cut fresh never frozen. And for something green and fresh take a trip to our salad bar.

Smoked meat not your thing? Then try one of Mamma D’s homemade gourmet bratwursts. Unlike the brats you buy in the store which are full of fillers and fat, Mamma D makes all of her gourmet brats with lean cuts of pork or chicken with no added fat or preservatives. So come in and try one of Mamma D’s Gourmet Brats: Jalapeno-Cheddar Chicken or Pork Brat, Apple-Gouda Chicken or Pork Brat, Spinach-Feta or Mushroom-Feta Chicken Brat and Asiago Cheese Pork Brat.
